IT Architect

Texas Municipal League Intergovernmental Risk Pool is seeking an IT Architect in Austin, TX, to lead and direct all Guidewire Platform (including Policy/Claim/Billing Center &Contact Manager applications) architectural efforts; develops and enhances the current architectural landscape. Develop and follow guidelines to develop custom innovative applications in all stages from detailed design specifications though post-production maintenance. Lead the Guidewire Platform development team, including staff employees and consultants. Ensure IT governance, audit and compliance standards are met. Coordinate the work of a variety of agency stakeholders and committees in order to prioritize requirements. Ensure sufficient processes and tools are in place to meet the IT requirements of the organization. Develop and deliver applications to meet the need of the organizations. Provide technical support for day-to-day software application activities. Coordinate with vendors to resolve issues. Forecast, plan and execute budgets. Perform related duties. 40 hrs. per week. $102,045 – $146,022 per year Applicant must have B.Sc. in any IT related field and 60 mos. experience.
